Launch an instance

Each instance is a subscription of its own, billed on the 1st of every month (UTC): the base fee for the month ahead, which covers a number of accounts, and every account beyond them in the month before — each live account that opened or closed an order that month, with each 20 demo accounts counting as one.

Stripe takes the payment.
